I am pleased to provide assessments and recommendation letters for adults seeking gender-affirming surgeries. I utilize a trauma-informed and liberation-focused approach; transition is sacred and should be treated as such.

While most providers charge $400-600, I am currently operating a sliding scale of $100-400. I can occasionally accept a lower rate, including pro-bono/free, on an as-needed basis. Please do not hesitate to reach out of cost is a barrier. Unfortunately insurance does not cover this cost. Open to accepting trade when applicable. Turnaround time for the letter is 1-2 business days and sooner if needed.
