I am pleased to provide assessments and recommendation letters for adults seeking gender-affirming surgeries. I utilize a trauma-informed and liberation-focused approach; transition is sacred and should be treated as such.

This service is provided on a sliding-scale/pay-what-you-can basis; most providers charge $300-600, while I typically accept $50-300 and very often provide this service pro-bono/free of charge. Unfortunately insurance does not cover this cost. Open to accepting trade when applicable.
